Billing Plans

Head over to your account, then click on the "Billing" tab. In the billing section, you can add a card, change your current plan, cancel your subscription, and add more tracking credits.

Add card - Here you can add or change the card you want to use for Firecape.

Current plan - Once you click the dropdown, you will be able to change your current monthly plan. For a more detailed view of our plans, you may visit

Cancel Subscription - You can cancel your monthly subscription here and we will stop all recurring charges.

Tracking Credits - Here you can purchase more tracking credits so you can swap your TBA for valid tracking numbers. For more information on how to purchase more tracking credits please visit
